As a lecturer, trainer and expert in medical aesthetics and age management, Deborah Forsythe now specialises in menopause. She is a graduate of The Marion Gluck Academy, trained in hormone balancing therapy using Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and body identical therapy and now helps provide women with solutions, treatments and support to navigate the challenges of ageing and the physical and mental issues that arise from the menopause.
I am a GP by background and a former Place-Based Medical Director with over 15 years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams across primary and secondary care. My career has provided me with deep insights into the challenges faced by clinical leaders and teams. I have delivered a multi-award-winning resilience program that has improved psychological well-being, confidence, and fulfillment for participants, earning me recognition on the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2018 and a British Citizens Award for Healthcare at the House of Lords in 2017.
I work with teams across all sectors, designing and facilitating leadership development programs that empower individuals, build relationships, transform partnerships, and keep people focused, motivated, and moving forward. Leveraging my NHS leadership experience, I have developed a strong ability to work across organizational boundaries, address system challenges, and co-create solutions that empower teams and improve outcomes.
Currently, I am developing a resilience approach for menopause, combining practical strategies with a focus on well-being to support individuals navigating this life stage. As a passionate advocate for resilience, I have spoken nationally on the subject and been featured on several podcasts, sharing insights and practical tools to help people rise above challenges and thrive.
My facilitated sessions—whether for organizations, teams, or individuals—create safe, reflective spaces that foster new thinking, strengthen self-awareness, and inspire meaningful change. Using coaching methodologies like the GROW model and DISC assessments, I guide individuals and teams in improving relationships, navigating challenges, and enhancing their influence. My sessions blend constructive challenge, humor, mindfulness, and interactive discussion, enabling purposeful engagement and driving transformation.
My solution-focused approach has strengthened multi-disciplinary teams, established collaborative partnerships built on trust and respect, and delivered innovative care models that improve patient experiences and outcomes. I am passionate about empowering others, building sustainable relationships, and enabling people to achieve their full potential.
Dr Ginni Mansberg is a GP specialising in menopause. Based in Australia, she is also the founder of Evidence Skincare (ESK), the author of The M Word and How to Thrive in Menopause, a TV presenter, podcaster and columnist. Dr Mansberg is a member of both the Australian and International Menopause Societies, and a founding member of the Asia-Pacific HPV Coalition.
Dr Masud Haq is a highly respected consultant in diabetes and endocrinology, based in London and Tunbridge Wells. He is renowned for his expertise is managing patients with menopause, thyroid problems, obesity and diabetes, as well as specialising in menstrual disorders and testosterone deficiency. Dr Haq prides himself on providing the best possible management strategies for his patients, with a focus on ensuring they are well informed about their care. He is a member of a number of key professional bodies, including the British Thyroid Association and the Society of Endocrinology.
Dr Sarah Jenkins is a Cardiff University Medical School alumni, a prestigious UK Russel Group University, equivalent to the American Ivy League. She graduated with an MBBCh having been trained extensively in anatomy and physiology over 6 years, including cadaver dissection, learning anatomical and surgical techniques from day 1 of medical training.
Dr Jenkins has completed 9 years of postgraduate training and education in many surgical and medical specialties including rotations in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery and Otolaryngology (ENT).
Dr Harper is an inspiring forward thinking menopause and perimenopause doctor who always thinks of the needs of each woman individually. She is Author of The Perimenopause Solution & Founder of The Harper Clinic in Harley Street, London. She graduated from university college and has a combined holistic and medical approach. She understands how hormonal imbalance, weight, skin and ageing can affect both physical and mental health. She believes for a woman to look and feel optimal you have to have a 360 degree mind, body and soul approach, each symptom cannot and should not be addressed on its own. She’s also not afraid to talk about subjects such as libido, vulval & vaginal health to help women regain their confidence and sexy back.

Miss Kate Maclaran is a leading consultant gynaecologist and certified subspecialist in reproductive medicine and surgery based in London. With specialist interest in all aspects of fertility and gynaecology treatments, she is an expert in female infertility, menopause and polycystic ovary syndrome.
Miss Maclaran accomplishing subspeciality training in reproductive medicine at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, she went on to obtain an MD research degree from Imperial College London, where she analysed the safety of testosterone replacement therapy in women. She maintains an active role in this research to this day from her position as investigator in various clinical trials, and has extensive experience regularly presenting at national and international meetings.
Most of all, Miss Maclaran is passionate about the provision of patient support and the growing visibility of women’s health issues. She is a Trustee (and past Chair) of the Daisy Network, a charity for women with premature ovarian insufficiency.
Miss Smita Sinha is a Consultant Gynaecologist with over 15 years of experience working in Gynaecology.
Her passion for Women’s healthcare began in medical school followed by successfully completing her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London. Throughout her career, Smita has gained experience caring for women during their perimenopause and menopausal time, including those with complex medical and surgical histories.
Her enthusiasm for Medical Education led her to hold several lead roles, looking after the training and pastoral needs of doctors in training. In 2020, during the upheaval of COVID, she was recognised at the hospital for her efforts in supporting her junior teams and was awarded Educational Supervisor of the Year.
Smita has remained committed to Women's healthcare and in 2023, Smita founded Serenity Women's Clinic in Taunton. The clinic provides a one stop service of comprehensive consultations and treatments for Women’s Proaging needs such as Menopause, Vulval health, Aesthetics, and Intimate wellness.
She remains actively involved in Women's health education having spoken at various events, including the EveryWoman Festival 2023 and Pause Live 2023 and is regularly invited to teach on study days for healthcare professionals. Piroska has a whole body approach and has helped many women successfully navigate the changes that happen, whether it is a natural transition or medically induced. Rebalancing hormones and addressing diet, skin and lifestyle issues to improve women’s quality of life and relationship’s.
Understanding hormones was an integral element of her training and role as a midwife, and she enhanced her knowledge further in this area, completing a series of post graduate courses specific to peri-menopause and menopause.
Piroska holds a Masters degree in Aesthetic Medicine and post graduate degrees in obesity and weight management, and indépendant and supplementary prescribing. Alongside this she holds a Bachelor degree in midwifery and a formal teaching qualification.
